With this extension, you can import your candidate's LinkedIn profile with a simple click. You can also match your profile with exiting jobs in your HrFlow.ai boards and associate it with the jobs of your choice.
Throughout this article, we will guide you through the essential steps of effectively using the HrFlow.ai LinkedIn Chrome Extension, from installation to profile sourcing.
1. Installation of the Extension
Go to the Chrome Web Store and search for the extension:
Click on "Add to Chrome".
Wait for the installation process to complete.
After installation, the extension will appear at the right of any LinkedIn profile page.
2. Configuration
To connect the HrFlow.ai LinkedIn Chrome Extension to your HrFlow.ai workspace, click on the extension icon on any LinkedIn profile page.
Log in to your HrFlow.ai workspace at
<your_subdomain>.hrflow.ai
.Enter your usual login credentials for your HrFlow.ai workspace. If you don't have access, ask an admin to invite you.
After logging in, the extension will be ready to use.
Choose the source in HrFlow.ai where you want to import your candidate's profile. Ensure you have at least one LinkedIn extension source set up in your account.
Select a scoring algorithm to perform scoring jobs for the linkedin profile.
Choose the boards of jobs for which you want to score and associate the linkedin profile.
Click on "Continue."
3. Sourcing Profiles From Linkedin
Open the LinkedIn profile you want to import. Information such as first name, last name, email, photos, and phone numbers will be automatically prefilled if available. You can modify these details to ensure the correct information is indexed in the HrFlow.ai source. Once you're ready, click "Import" to send the profile to the selected source.
In a few seconds, your profile will be successfully imported. Head to your source debugger to check the imported profile:
4. Job Scoring
After importing, jobs that best match your profile from your preselected boards will automatically be displayed.
5. Linking Jobs to Your Profile
Click "Associate a Job."
Select the job you want to link to your profile.
Click "Edit."
Congratulations! You have successfully created an association between your profile and the selected job: "Tracking".
6. Parsing CVs Using Dropzone Mode:
Click on "Dropzone."
Upload your CV.
Congratulations! Your CV has been successfully parsed and stored in your selected source.
