The CVbot is a chatbot that prompts applicants to drop resumes on any of your pages.
This source helps you capture up to 60% of the 90% of website visitors who never apply, by automatically engaging them and dramatically simplifying the application process.
It takes less than 1 minute to set up. To do so, please follow the next steps:
โ
Step 1:
Go to My Sources in the Connections section and click on Create Source.
Step 2:
Select the Website source category and the CVbot source type, then click on Create source.
Step 3:
Chose a recognizable source name that you can easily remember and other users can easily recognize.
Choose the Point of Contact that will appear in the CVbot.
If you want to hide this source from other users, you can make the source private.
In the Source Managers field, you can choose other team members to manage the source with you. They will automatically follow the source as soon as it's created.
Finally, click on Create Source at the bottom left.
Step 4:
When you create a new CVbot source, a JavaScript code snippet is generated for your source. You can easily implement the CVbot by copying this code snippet in any page of your website.
You can also get the code snippet specific for local tests as well as send the CVbot code to your development team.
Step 5:
To customize the messaging and display of your CVbot, click on the Settings tab.
Type the Name that will appear automatically on any web page where you choose to include CVbot, and add a Widget Title and a Widget name.
Type the Welcome Headline and a Welcome Message that will appear on the CVbot. A message that prompts visitors to drop their resumes will be more successful in capturing more applications.
Type also a Success Title and Success Message confirming that the application has been received.
You can change the Widget Color to fit your graphical identity and specify the Screen Side on which you want the CVbot to appear (right or left).
The Loading Time (in milliseconds) allows you to control how long before the CVbot shows up on the page.
Finally, you can make the CVbot Active on mobile and request the Candidate Consent before applying.
