The Gmail source allows you to synchronize HrFlow.ai with a Gmail inbox of your choice automatically.
To integrate with a Gmail inbox, please follow the next steps:
Step 1:
Go to My Sources in the Connections section and click on Create Source.
Step 2:
Select the Email source category and Gmail as an email provider, then click on Create source.
Step 3:
Choose a recognizable source name that you can easily remember and other users can easily recognize.
If you wish to hide this source from other users, you can make the source private.
In the Source Managers field, you can choose other team members to manage the source with you. They will automatically follow the source as soon as it's created.
Finally, click on Create Source at the bottom left.
Step 4:
Activate your Searching or Scoring API or both.
Click on Connect your Google Account to integrate your Gmail inbox. Choose the Gmail account you want to start the synchronization.
Step 5:
Your Gmail inbox is now integrated with HrFlow.ai, you'll start seeing profiles from this source after a few minutes.
