The HrFlow.ai Parsing API automatically extracts unstructured data from resumes and job offers - irrespective of their structure or format - and converts it into structured data. This data can be: contact details (name, email, telephone, etc.), experiences (companies, job titles, starting date, end date, job description, etc.), academic backgrounds (diplomas, schools, universities, starting date, end date, description, etc.), skills (skills, know-how, languages, etc.), interests.
When using this service, data processing between the Client and the Provider (HrFlow.ai) is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to ensure full compliance with applicable Data Protection Legislation.
Processing Framework
To ensure robust data protection and regulatory compliance, the Provider adheres to key obligations and technical safeguards:
Documented Instructions: The Provider processes Personal Data strictly in accordance with written instructions provided by the Client.
EEA Location & Hosting: All data processing and hosting infrastructure are maintained within the European Economic Area (EEA). No data is transferred outside the EEA without prior written approval and appropriate legal safeguards.
Technical Security: The Provider implements robust technical and organizational measures, including encryption, pseudonymization, data confidentiality, system resilience, and regular security assessments.
Third-Party Restrictions: The Provider does not engage third-party data processors, with the exception of its primary hosting infrastructure provider located strictly within the EEA.
Breach Notification & Support: The Provider notifies the Client without undue delay upon becoming aware of any Personal Data Breach and assists the Client in responding to Data Subject requests and compliance evaluations.
Data Deletion & Audit Rights: Upon contract termination, the Provider returns or deletes all Personal Data according to the Client's written direction, and maintains accurate records to demonstrate compliance.
