Running a Ranking Pilot allows users to test HrFlow.ai's latest AI model on a subset of data before full deployment.

The main goals of running a ranking pilot are:

  • Evaluating the model on it's capacity to predict which candidates were hired on historical jobs

  • Laying the groundwork for broader deployment

This guide covers best practices for companies looking to implement AI-powered recruiting.

STEP 1: Confidentiality agreement

Before undertaking a pilot, both parties sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (MNDA) to protect data confidentiality. This MNDA should clearly outline the types of shared data, the purposes for which it can be used, and measures to prevent unauthorized access or leaks.

Any sensitive personnel data or profiles provided for testing should be properly anonymized and handled according to applicable regulations. Responsible data sharing and governance practices are key to developing ethical AI tools.

STEP 2: Preparing data

To run a Ranking Pilot on candidate data, we will need the following:

  1. Up to 10 job offers, each filled using HrFlow.ai's job offer file template.

  2. For each job, create a dedicated folder containing up to 100 candidates CVs, all in PDF format.

  • Each job offer has resulted in a successful hire.

  • The hired candidate's CV is included in the set of 100 CVs submitted per job.

  • The data provided will allow you, during the Results presentation meeting to clearly identify each applicant’s journey, including whether they did or did not:

    • Passed the screening phase

    • Had an interview

    • Or any other relevant evaluation steps.

STEP 3: Sharing data
