Creating a folder to drag and drop resumes and CV.

The Folder source allows you to drag/drop resumes from any device into the platform.

For example, you can upload resumes collected during a Job Fair:

  • Photo: you can take a picture of a resume. HrFlow.ai Computer Vision algorithm will automatically crop it, extract it and then parse it.

  • Scans: you can scan all your resumes into a single file then drop it. Our algorithms will automatically split it into different resumes and create different profiles for each resume. You don’t have to worry about multiple pages resumes, we also take care of them.

To transfer the resumes from your device into the HrFlow.ai platform, please follow the next steps:

Step 1:

Go to the Sources section and click on Create Source.

Step 2:

Select the Storage source category and the Folder source type, then click on Create source.

Step 3:

Chose a recognizable source name that you can easily remember and other users can easily recognize.

If you wish to hide this source from other users, you can make the source private.

In the Source Managers field, you can choose other team members to manage the source with you. They will automatically follow the source as soon as it's created.

Finally, click on Create Source at the bottom left.

Step 4:

Upload resumes to your Folder source by clicking on the dedicated zone or just drag and drop files. You can upload any type of file (image, pdf, text, etc.).
